Michael Jackson turns Islam?

Yeah People. Few weeks ago, we heard rumors saying that Michael Jackson has converted himself to islam. Most people didnt believe because once had been a rumor spreading news about a superstar turning islam. And what turns out the whole news was fake. But can we trust the current rumor? When yesterday's news went live and an abrupt report saying that Michael Jackson was officially converted to islam.

Read the back story:
The controversial pop singer has probably become even more controversial now since he changed his name to Mikaeel and has turned to Islam. He was drawn into this by producer Phillip Bubal and songwriter David Wharnsby. A source had this to say: They began talking to him about their beliefs and how they thought they had become better people after they converted. Michael soon began warming to the idea. The 50-year-old star, pledged his allegiance to the Koran in a ceremony at a friend's mansion in Los Angeles, the Sun reported. Jackson sat on the floor wearing a tiny hat after an Imam was summoned to officiate -- days before the singer is due to appear at London's High Court where he is being sued by an Arab Sheik, the paper said. The star decided to adopt the new religion while he was recording a song at the home of his friend where a Jehovah's witness was brought up to help him through the ceremony.

Save You

I've watched this video plenty of times and still i never got tired of it. I think this was their superb performance so far. I also realized the message in this song is one of the things that made the song an inspiration to most. The message was dedicated to the people who are facing adversity under cancer. And the people who managed to survive it. Since im a fan of Simple Plan my reverence to the song is totally awe.

Wanna Weekend

Ages. Since I’ve exposed my bare feet on the sands of a beach. Gawd. Sunday, Yesterday was great. A little wet although. The family was planning futsal in LLRC that evening. But since im not in the mood for runnin, kickin or goalin. Haha. I decided to watch the sunset from the beach instead with some cousins. Just across the street. I took a few pictures as well. And though im really sorry for the improper shots of it. As most of it was taken by my cousins. Not me. Haha. We only took shots from my mobile phone. And comparing to the camera which i left home or in other words 'Forgot to bring is much more determining than these pictures shot. And for this post. I had to ask permisson from my parent to access blogging. Because of my cousins who urgently needs the pictures. Besides im still sitting for my last ugama exam (SSRU). And that, my readers. Explains the lack of updates since early this month. Anyways. Hope you enjoy our sunsets :D
Dar and Mar.
The PMY's...Haha. What. Yoga? :P
And me. I've got better things to do. Like this. Haha.Ammar; before falling to the ground. hehe.
I wonder if they got tired of me taking most of their pictures..
Cause i know i am..haha. *Kidding!!
The sunset. Perfect time for my grand pose.
More PMY's...Waves up gangs.
Most of the pictures are spoiled because someone setted the picture settings to very high contrast!!
Lastly before leaving the beach.

Do Cosmetic Braces Work For Teens?

Still stuck in the 'Jaws' look (Braces) cause if you are, you'll might find this article very interesting..Founded it from the beyond (internet) enjoy!

More parents are buying into the notion that even adolescents shouldn’t be stuck in unsightly orthodontia. But are the prettier (and pricier) alternatives to braces better? Most orthodontists say no. This summer, Align Technology—the company that lured adults back to the dentist with clear retainers in 1999—launched Invisalign Teen. Though kids might be thrilled to avoid a mouthful of metal, Manhattan orthodontist Jan Linhart warns that the removable devices ($4,500 to $7,800) are a big responsibility. “You have to wear them in order for them to work,” he says. According to patient Jenny Cook, 17, of Los Angeles, “It’s really easy to get lazy putting it back in.” Neal Kravitz, an orthodontist in Chantilly, Va., says that most adolescent cases are too severe for Invisalign anyway. (The company says its retainers fix crowding, spacing issues and overbites.)

That doesn’t mean all kids with crooked teeth have to be Ugly Bettys. They can get iBraces—customized brackets attached to the back of the teeth. “I have a lot of patients driving from afar for them,” says Beverly Hills orthodontist Atoosa Nikaeen. Offered by only 18 percent of orthodontists, iBraces move teeth like regular braces but are harder to put on and can cost twice as much ($8,000 to $14,000). Some parents will pay to spare their children the teasing, but it might be better to just stick with what the parents wore in their schooldays. Even orthodontists who specialize in cosmetic options say that conventional braces ($3,000 to $7,000) are still the best. “They’re the most efficient and the easiest,” says Linhart. Luckily, there is another option for the tinsel-toothed: for only a few bucks, they can have their braces PhotoShopped out of the yearbook.

The 'New Old Thing'

Im sure most of you have palyed with a Rubicks cube before, or seen it atleast.

Second day of school today after i got back from London. I can say that im still in 'Jet Lag' so everyday is really tyring for me..Jet lag-Dont know what it means? Well start browsing those pages in your dictionary and look for it..Although theres not much changes since i left a month ago..except a few that i would like to blog about for today's post..Which is about the 'Rubicks cube'

What is it with Rubicks cube nowadays.. When i came for ugama class in the afternoon, Most of my friends, well not all of em, but most of em brought their Rubicks to school..Twisting those blocks, trying to solve the cube, some of em played alone, some came to one another and starts challenging who gots to solve it first..Hmmph..by seeing it, makes me wander are they doing so to test their minds and iQ's or just...for fun? Well im guessing 'For Fun' because this 'exercise' isnt just spreading in our class but in other classes too..So i asked a friend online a few hours ago, who attends another ugama school in the afternoon and said that the same thing is happening in their school too..

By the looks of it..Rubicks cube is the 'New thing' ...as in really popular played nowadays. One month away from Brunei...What i missed?? .Haha. Well i can see not all of my frinds have one, but i can see the interest in one another about it. Apparantly, i dont have a Rubix cube myself ..its just because i was never interested about it, besides im not good in 'solvings' anyways..hehe..pfft.. :P

And theres two things that wonders me a lot. One; that this exercise is really popular spreading in ugama schools than the morning school..and teachers in ugama doesnt seems to care so much about the students bringing the Rubicks, i mean we are not learning the same as in our morning classes ?..Second thing is..What happened to 'Shuffle' its not really 'happening' again, is it..I thought people go crazy about so..and now it slowly fades away.. huhu.

I wander whats the next 'New thing' gonna be after Rubicks? Well, i'll leave you guys with a question, because this is all for today, as for me..i gotta hit the books, because im gonna sit for my last ugama exam on the 20th. Ta..

Shadow of the day

My feets are still aching in pain after walking for hours last weekend..apparantely i have posted pictures from Sunday yesterday...We explored many places, buildings, streets and whatever you can walk on in London..hehe.. :P
.Covent Garden.
We went to Covent Garden in the afternoon..So far this was my favourite place i've been to..Yet.
Its because there are several people street acting and making shows/performances of their own on the streets where people are walking by..expecting people to give out some cash..this is normally common in London though..we can find these people just anywhere we go..but not in Covent..its a place where they show you their talents..hehs'

The crowds

This is what i was talking about..

People are passing by, and if they think this is entertaining they give out some cash.. Depending how much the people enjoy em ofcourse..

This one was funny :D

My brother gave this guy a few penny..

Sportingly, he landed my brother one of his axes..

Some people did just the most unthinkable dangerous things..

This guy was sitting from a stick attaching to only one wheel at the bottom...Starts juggling with two hands, while the other two feet cycles..

And this guy..does it for a living..standing and balancing himself on a 10 feet ladder without anything holding it from the bottom..

Then starts juggling 3 pointedly sharp and solid swords..

I dont blame these people you know. And to make it clearly i am not trying to do what-so-ever to make fun of them..apparantly these people were not paid to be here..and the only people giving them money are the people who came to watch their show..and FYI their shows are not buy-a-ticket-get-a-seat..You just stand around it and watch it for free..and after the show ends they are expecting you to give out some of your money..and to make more money, they have to make more people..and to attract more people they're doing the most dangerous and risky stuffs just for the sake of money....

.Picadilly Circus.
Not really a circus, just the name..its a traditional focal point of London..Lots of shopping places, statues, peoples, cars even stretches (Limosine)

Huge screens, advertising brands, commercials...

Ripley's Belive it or Not museum in London..

The street

Told you there where Limo's..and this one is stretchingly long..

I need to know who's in it!

I liked this one..a hummer limosine..
We can hardly find this in Brunei..

.Buckingham Palace.

We were intending to visit her majesty's palace..its a long way there from the subway station..

We have to cross Green Park to get to the palace which is stretching to more than a metre's long :P

The season of Autumn explaining the fallen leaves....

Finally we have reached the palace..just look at the tourists gathering in front of the gate..

The statue in front of the palace..

A closer view of the palace..huhu..Guess who lives in it..The Queen of England!

Closer view of the guard..standing infront of the palace..

Unluckily us, today the guards are not performing the marching ceremony..

And though, if the gates we're not closed..i'd be sitting with the queen drinking tea by then..LOL!

.Knights Bridge.
Im sorry, we went to Knights Bridge two days ago..hehe..its just that i didnt have the time to post it..we went there by taxi to shop at Harrods..

One of the most expensive stores in London..
Such a big stores with beautiful sceenery and sculptures..
There you have it peeps and peepies...i thinks this is the most longest post i've published so far.Thats all for today..Now i need to hit the hay!

Book Review: Gone

'Except for the young. Teens. Middle schoolers. Toddlers. But not one single adult. No teachers, no cops, no doctors, no parents. Just as suddenly, there are no phones, no internet, no television. No way to get help. And no way to figure out what's happened.'

Doent it just sounds fascinating to read..

I saw one of its advertisements on Harperteen

The book was written by Michael Grant..

F.I..its only limited for this month...grrr

But still it has limits..atleast not zero...

Apparantely this book has its own trailer..suprisingly acted by real people..not cartoons or drawn sketches or anything, and as for the front book cover of two young adults in real life picture...For a book i must say~very impressive..As i had seen the trailer, it caught my eyes attracting my brain just to know how it would end. So i gotta have it. hehe :D

The book was released like three months ago, though in the United states..as for the United kingdom it was selling early last month! Wish i knew about this sooner..

I am trying to order this online though because most of it are no longer selling in ordinary bookstores..as in out-of-stock i think.. :(

And just for information you can look through this following links for more books and ordering it online;

Pasta Hut?

Hey peeps of earth and beyond :D

I was walking along down the street when i saw this awkward plastic bag on the ground..it has the same trademark picture as Pizza huts..but was instead written 'Pasta hut' on it..

And that night, i saw this advertisement on Tv which Pizza hut changes its name to 'Pasta Hut'..

Well, after seeing the plastic bag im sure this exercise is already carrying in parts of London..I dont know whether this is already happening in Brunei or in Asia atleast..and im not sure after this change, pasta hut will gain more sucsess than before..

Read the 'back story' of this; iWaly tells it all:

It's a high street name change that could take some topping.
Pizza Hut is to become Pasta Hut in a radical overhaul of the restaurant chain's menu and image.
From this week, pizza will play second fiddle to a range of new pasta dishes to be launched on unsuspecting customers.
Pizza Hut signs are currently being taken down and altered as the chain battles to adopt a wholesome image - not whole-fat.
But there is hope for those who value fatty pizza over diet-friendly dishes - and those who think the name change is a brazen publicity stunt.
It is for a trial period only and customers can offer their thoughts on the new-look restaurants at http://www.pastahut.co.uk/.

The 50-year-old US company, which launched its first restaurant in Britain in 1973, uses 8,500 tonnes of cheese every year.
